An Interview with Mr. Nishchay Bhatt: His Journey to Success

Forum Chemical & Cosmetic Industry FZE is an industrial chemicals manufacturing and trading company based in Umm Al Quwain Port Free Zone. Since our establishment in 1997 under the leadership of Mr. Sandeep Bhatt, Founder and Chairman, we have been engaged in the production and distribution of industrial chemicals and raw materials for various applications, including cosmetics, detergents, cleaning products, food and beverage, oil and gas, ceramics, adhesives, construction, foundry, and textiles. In 2018, we expanded our operations to include cosmetics manufacturing, producing a wide range of beauty and care products.

We did face several challenges at the beginning of our journey. Our company has been steadily growing over the last 25 years and the credit for which goes to the Passion, Hardwork, and Dedication of our employees. We equally value the support of our clients and suppliers, some of whom have been with us since our inception. 

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) offers significant advantages for businesses. Its strategic location between the East and West provides an ideal destination for sourcing and transportation of goods in all directions. The country has invested in world-class infrastructure, including ports, logistics, and transportation, making it a favorable location for redistribution hubs in the region. Moreover, the UAE's business-friendly policies, minimal red tape, and strong support from government agencies.

Our target market comprises both domestic and international clients who require industrial chemicals and raw materials for their respective manufacturing processes. We have an installed capacity to produce over 15,000 MT of chemicals per annum. The cosmetics product lines include various essential oils, hair oils, lotions, petroleum jelly, and cleaning preparations.

We have ambitious plans to expand our business in the future. One of our key focus areas is increasing our factory capacities to meet the growing demand for our products. We also aim to strengthen our relationship with UAQ Free Zone, leveraging their support and guidance to further establish ourselves as a global chemical manufacturing company. Additionally, we will continue to invest in upgrading our facilities, infrastructure, knowledge, and skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to our clients.

One piece of advice I would offer to someone starting out in the business world is to prioritize passion, hard work, and dedication. Building a successful enterprise requires unwavering commitment, a willingness to adapt to challenges, and a genuine passion for what you do. Additionally, it is crucial to surround yourself with a supportive team and leverage the available resources, such as industry networks and government initiatives, to foster growth and development.
