G Force Innoventions FZC was started in the year 2007. We are part of a group active in manufacturing Centralized Air conditioning requisites since 1982, also having diversified interests in Logistics and Printing.
In UAQ FTZ, our focus is mainly on the manufacturing of HEPA Filters which are engineered and constructed for providing ultra-clean air. Applications include protecting clean rooms, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, food industries, etc. Our production facility also manufactures the entire spectrum of HVAC filters starting from the pre-filter range.
The market of HVAC filters is estimated to grow at over 7.5% CAGR between 2021 and 2027. Increasing demand for HVAC systems, raising awareness about indoor air quality, and government regulations and policies for efficient filtration are the factors driving the market for HVAC filters. The rising demand for energy-efficient air filtration systems should also boost the demand for HVAC filters.
No industry is without challenges and the challenges we faced at the initial stage of our operations were getting access to the most modern technology, acquiring top-notch machinery like automated mini pleating machines, knife pleating machines, robotic gluing machines, robotic seamless gasket machine name a few and sourcing of professionally qualified manpower for the specific industry. The target markets for our products are mainly overseas & G Force Innoventions FZC is a 100% export-oriented facility. We give prime importance to quality and are on par with any top-class manufacturing units globally. We are capable of making bespoke products that are required especially in the US market. As of now, we are focusing on exports to the North American market. In the near future, we see our products reaching other continents especially Europe, Australia, and South Asian countries. Our customers in this region are served through our production facilities in Dubai & Ras Al Khaimah. Our Company’s current turnover is around AED 80 Million for Air Filter Division.
