UAQ: CANCELLATION OF THE FINE FOR DELAYED OR TERMINATED BUSINESS LICENSES ANNOUNCED

His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain has issued Resolution No.5 for 2022 to support businesses and individuals in the emirate.

According to the resolution, fines imposed on commercial enterprises in the emirate that are registered with the Department of Economic Development for delayed or terminated licenses should be cancelled.

The resolution also states that the Department of Economic Development shall offer suitable assistance in accordance with relevant conditions.

The resolution will take effect on the date it is issued, remain valid until December 31, and be published in the Official Gazette.
